Two Chanukkah Stars at Ohel Ari! Menachem Kalmanson, and Rowan Osman

Wednesday evening, the 24th of Kislev (First Night of Hanukkah): A Talk by Menachem Kalmanzon:

Menachem Kalmanzon, one of the heroes of “Team Elchanan,” who displayed extraordinary courage during the Simchat Torah attack, will join us to share his moving story. Menachem and his team rescued dozens of residents from Kibbutz Be’eri at great personal risk. During the operation, his brother, Elchanan z”l, was killed, and Menachem himself sustained minor injuries.

In his lecture, Menachem will recount the dramatic moments of that day and reflect on the values and faith that guided him then and continue to guide him now. His story brings the light of Hanukkah into contemporary times, connecting the bravery of the Hasmoneans with the heroism of our own days.
